Ephesians 2: 8-10 “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
It has long been a part of Presbyterian belief that God’s grace is for all people, not a result of anything we can do or say. In response to that grace, we can not help but respond with the giving of our lives to God and God’s purposes in this world.
Blacksburg Presbyterian Church is a vibrant community, offering opportunities to all people to join in the work of Jesus Christ in this place and in the world. We have all been given different gifts and use those gifts to love God and one another. Through educational opportunities, mission, university outreach, men’s and women’s programs, and others, we strive to be about doing God’s work in the world.
